Christian organisations, institutions, charities and churches are welcome to hire our venue for their events, conferences, staff retreats, church days, filming, and meetings.

Christian ministry leaders and academics are welcome to use our accommodation.

It is outside our charitable remit and mission purposes to host weddings, parties, other special occasion celebrations, and photography.

Yes, but the Lanier Foundation generously keeps hire rates to a minimum as part of its mission to support global Christian endeavours. You will be informed of costs when we reply to your enquiry.

Yes. Children are welcome to stay with their parents in our accommodation.

Being a historical building, the Manor House is not ideally suited to host children for events. We would not be the right venue for events which involve creches or kids/youth groups.

Your children remain your responsibility for the duration of your time here.
We cannot provide childcare, cots, baby-change facilities, or toys.

The Yarnton Manor grounds and building are pet-free so we are sorry to say that guests cannot bring their dogs with them.

We have an in-house catering team which can meet your requirements from light refreshments to fancy dinners. If you have booked a meeting/dining room in the Manor House catering can be provided to groups of 4 or more for lunch or 8 or more for dinners.

If you are meeting and dining in the Manor House then, most of the time, this requires booking a separate dining room from your meeting room, but staff can talk you through the options when you enquire.

We cannot allow self-catering in the Manor House.

All our accommodation is self-catering so unless you have booked rooms and catering in the Manor then your stay will be on a self-catering basis as we are unable to provide catering for in accommodation.

Our main community day is on Fridays when we have community lunch together. We invite any outside guests to join us in this, and cannot take bookings for more than 20 people for catering on Fridays.
