Library Catalogue
We currently have over 11,000 records on our online catalogue, Koha, and are continually adding more. If a resource you are looking for isn’t available, check back again in the future. Alternatively, please get in touch with the Library if you have any book suggestions.
Follow the link below to search the catalogue.
Electronic Resources
The Library is currently developing an e-resources collection, and this service will be offered in the future—please watch this space.
Koha
Koha is the online catalogue for the Lanier Theological Library.
You can use Koha to search the library’s resources. Currently, only books have been catalogued. However, additional items are being added regularly. In the future, we hope this will include e-books, articles, archival material and other media.
Koha shows live availability information about an item, including location, classmark, and whether it’s currently available on a library shelf (though it cannot tell if an item is currently in use by another library user).
READERS
Koha accounts are automatically set-up for all Readers. Once your application to become a member of the library has been accepted, you should receive an email with further information about your account. This account will remain active so long as you are a member of the Library.
RESIDENTS
Koha accounts are not automatically set-up for all residents. Please get in touch with the library if you would like an account setting up for the duration of your stay.
To log in go to yarn.koha-ptfs.co.uk/ and choose Log in in the top right-hand corner.

You will then be prompted for your username and password. Once logged-in, your name should appear in the top right.
For Readers, you should have received notification of your username and password alongside confirmation of your membership. Usernames are usually in the format ‘First Name.Last Name’. You will have been encouraged to change the default password, so this will be unique to you.
Residents are not automatically assigned a username and password. Please get in touch with the Library if you would like this setting up for you.
If you find you are fully locked out of your library account, then a librarian can reset this for you. Please get in contact to discuss.
